The journal's editorial team adheres to the standards of copyright protection for scientific works, in accordance with the accepted norms of the Republic of Armenia and international standards (see http://publicationethics.org/resources/international-standards).
The editorial board takes all necessary steps to ensure the preservation of scientific ethics and quality. However, it does not bear responsibility for the copyright or the ideas/opinions expressed in the published materials (text, photographs, illustrations, tables, etc.). These matters are under the responsibility of the authors.
The journal encourages articles that adhere to the principles of scientific ethics by referencing both published and unpublished informational sources and including an acknowledgment section.
Authors are requested to use the first footnote as the acknowledgment (by thanking other specialists, the author indicates that the article or its parts have undergone oral or written discussions before submission to the editorial office).
The editorial board commits to providing authors with a timely response regarding the acceptance or rejection of their article (within approximately 30 days).
Authors must submit their articles in compliance with the required standards.
The editorial board ensures the confidentiality of reviewers’ identities.
Reviewers are expected to provide unbiased feedback, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the work, as well as any relevant literature the author has overlooked.
Reviews are conducted on a special form provided by the editorial board, and they must be printed and signed (oral or annotated reviews directly on the article text are not considered valid).
Since reviewers are not paid, the editorial board rewards their work by prioritizing the publication of their submitted research (certainly, after undergoing the appropriate review process).
The decision to publish is made by the editor-in-chief based on the review and the article's individual evaluation, in consultation with the editorial council.
Before publication, the authors should be acknowledged by the edited text (either by visiting the editorial office in person or by reviewing the article's PDF version) and provide their consent.
